Okay, plan B. Maybe Herta herself runs it? Seemed plausible. So, I zipped over to her office area. Found her puppets, stared at them for a bit, clicked around. Still nothing. Just the usual dialogue options. Felt a bit silly talking to the puppets expecting a shop interface.

And then I saw him. There’s this guy, standing not too far from the main anchor point. Wen Shiqi, that’s his name. He kind of blends in sometimes if you’re just rushing past.
Found the Guy!
I walked up to Wen Shiqi. Started a conversation. And boom, right there in his dialogue options, or maybe it was automatic after talking, his shop interface popped up. It wasn’t explicitly called “Herta’s Store” in big flashing letters on the map or anything, it was just this NPC’s function.

- Looked around near the central space anchor/teleporter.
- Found the NPC named Wen Shiqi.
- Talked to him.
- His shop interface opened – that’s the Herta Store!
So yeah, it wasn’t hidden in some weird corner or complex menu. It was just about finding the right person to talk to. Pretty straightforward once I actually stopped and looked around properly instead of just trying to click through menus. Spent those bonds right away!
