Then, I remembered my buddy telling me about WCBS Newsradio 880. He said they always have the games on. I tuned in to 880 AM on my radio and bingo! There it was, the sweet sound of the game. Announcers were talking about the lineup, and I could hear the crowd in the background. It was like being right there at the stadium.
I gotta say, it’s pretty awesome that we can still listen to baseball on the radio. Makes me feel all nostalgic, you know? Anyway, that’s how I ended up listening to the Mets game today. TuneIn seems like a cool app, but for me, nothing beats the good old-fashioned radio. Especially when it comes to baseball.
