- The trainer of the winning horse.
- Then you get the payouts: the win, place, and show amounts.
- They usually list the finishing order for the top few horses, like the exacta, trifecta, and superfecta payoffs if you’re into those kinds of bets.
I scanned through a few of the races. It’s always interesting to see if the favorites came through or if there were any big upsets. Sometimes you see a longshot pay a huge amount, and you think, “Wow, someone had a good day!”
The information was laid out pretty clearly. Race 1, Race 2, and so on. They usually show the track conditions too, which can be a factor. Fast, muddy, sloppy – it all makes a difference.
