Okay, so, today I want to talk about this whole Taylor Swift Philadelphia 2024 thing. It all started back in, I think, November 2022 when Taylor first announced her Eras Tour. I got so excited and immediately started looking for tickets. I checked the Ticketmaster site and saw the tour schedule. Philly was on the list for May 12, 13, and 14!

I marked those dates on my calendar. This was going to be huge. I mean, 149 shows in 53 cities? That’s insane! I started to plan everything. I read some stuff online about setlists, parking, and opening acts. Everything needed to be perfect. I even saw rumors about a possible surprise get-out-the-vote concert with Beyoncé, but that didn’t seem likely.
Getting Ready
- Figured out the best way to get to Lincoln Financial Field.
- Made a playlist of all the songs I thought she might play.
- Picked out the perfect outfit – a mix of her old and new styles.
Then, the day finally arrived. I drove to Philly with a few friends, and the atmosphere was electric. Everyone was so hyped! The show was incredible, from start to finish. She played all the hits, and the crowd went wild. It felt like the whole city was singing along.
I even heard later that Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance at one of her Wembley shows in June. Now, that’s a power couple, haha. Anyway, I watched some Olympic Games stuff online. It reminded me of the Taylor Swift concert. I guess they were using her music for the broadcast or something, because I saw some tags about her and Philly.
Looking back, I realized this tour was a massive deal. The Eras Tour concluded in December 2024, after 21 months on the road. It was a historic moment for Taylor and her fans. I’m so glad I got to be a part of it. I made some great memories, and it’s something I’ll never forget. It was totally worth all the planning and excitement. It was a dream come true, seriously.
