Okay, so today I decided to try something I saw online – the “horse on a man” thing. It looked kinda wild, so I figured, why not give it a shot?

Getting Started
First, I cleared out a big space in my backyard. I didn’t want to accidentally kick over the grill or anything. Safety first, you know?
The Setup
Next, I grabbed a sturdy chair. I figured that would be the best way to, uh, “mount” the situation. Then, I positioned the chair near a soft patch of grass, just in case things went south.
The Action
- I stood on the chair, feeling a little ridiculous.
- Then I bend over the chair, my hands hold the side of the chair.
- Then, I tried to get into the… position. It was… awkward. Really awkward.
- I wiggled around, trying to get comfortable, which is probably not the right word.
- It turns out the whole body needs get down.
The Result
Honestly, it was harder than it looked! I managed to do it, and get the “horse on a man” pose. It wasn’t pretty, I can get it right, though. It was a good workout.
So, yeah, that was my adventure with the “horse on a man”. Would I recommend it? Maybe. If you’re looking for a weird challenge. Otherwise, you might just want to stick to regular push-ups.
