Okay, so I wanted to get some cool pictures of this Drew Peterson guy. I’d heard the name, knew he was, you know, that guy, but I wanted some decent images for a project I was messing with. Nothing fancy, just some clear shots.

First, I just did a basic search. You know, typed “drew peterson” into the search bar. I got a ton of stuff, mostly news articles and, well, mugshots. Lots and lots of mugshots. Not exactly what I was going for.
Digging a Little Deeper
I figured I needed to be more specific, so I tried a few different searches. Adding words like “younger” or “before” didn’t really help. Still mostly the same stuff. I started to think maybe there just weren’t many other pictures of him out there, which, considering everything, made a kind of sense.
Filtering Through the Results
I spent a good chunk of time just scrolling. I mean, I really went down the rabbit hole. Page after page of images. I did find a couple that were okay. They weren’t great quality, some were blurry or just, you know, not flattering. But they were different from the usual ones, so I saved them, just in case.
Getting a Little Creative
I also started to look at images related to the case, thinking maybe I’d find something there. Pictures of the places mentioned, maybe even some courtroom sketches. That didn’t really pan out either. It was all pretty grim, honestly.
What I Ended Up With
- Mugshots: Yep, a bunch of those.
- A few grainy photos: Probably from news reports, maybe surveillance footage?
- Nothing really “good”: Seriously, no glamour shots here.
So, yeah, my quest for Drew Peterson pictures wasn’t exactly a success. I ended up using one of the less-awful mugshots, and it worked fine for what I needed. It’s just surprising, in this day and age, how hard it can be to find decent pictures of someone, even someone who was all over the news.
