Okay, so today I decided to dig into this “Patrick B. O’Brien” thing. Honestly, I’d heard the name, but I wasn’t super clear on who he was or what he did. So, I figured, why not make it a little project?

Immediately, I saw a bunch of results about some author. Turns out, this guy was a pretty big deal when it comes to historical novels, especially those set during the Napoleonic Wars.

I started browsing through some of the top results, mostly Wikipedia and a few fan sites. I learned that his most famous works are the Aubrey–Maturin series. Apparently, there are like 20 books in the series! That’s some serious dedication.
