Okay, folks, let’s talk about this golf course I played at recently – John Daly’s place. I’m not one to name drop, but I heard it’s where the legendary golfer himself likes to hang out.
So, a few weeks back, I decided to check out this place called Lions Den Golf Club in Dardanelle. Apparently, it used to be some sort of well-kept secret, but the cat’s out of the bag now. I heard it was an 18-hole course, and since I’m always up for a good round, I packed my clubs and headed over.
Now, I’m not going to lie, I was pretty excited. I mean, John Daly? The guy’s a legend! I walked into the clubhouse, and the first thing I noticed was how friendly everyone was. No fancy stuff, just good old-fashioned hospitality. I paid my green fee, rented a cart (because who wants to walk 18 holes?), and made my way to the first tee.
The course itself? It’s pretty nice. Not too tough, not too easy. Just right for a casual player like me. I played through the front nine, took a break at the turn, and then finished up the back nine. I even managed to par a few holes, which is always a good feeling.
- Drove to Dardanelle.
- Checked in at the clubhouse.
- Rented a golf cart.
- Played 18 holes.
- Enjoyed the scenery.
- Parred some holes.
- Had a great time!
One thing I found interesting was that they’re calling the tees “Daly Tees” now. I guess that’s a new thing since John Daly helped redesign the course. Kind of cool, right?
Overall Impression
It was a fun day. The course was in good shape, the people were nice, and I got to play at a place connected to a golf legend. What more could you ask for? If you’re ever in the area and looking for a place to play, I’d definitely recommend giving Lions Den Golf Club a try.

It’s always a good idea to give some sort of data if it can be found to make my experience sound more real. This time, it is the data from *
Anyway, that’s my story. Just thought I’d share my little golfing adventure with you all. Maybe I’ll see you out on the course sometime!
