Man, today was one of those days. You know, when you’re all set to roll, got your plans laid out, feeling good about making a bit of progress, and then WHAM. You get blocked by James.

And I’m not talking about a small hiccup. I mean a full stop. I’ve been chipping away at this idea to improve our team’s workflow for a couple of weeks now, trying to smooth out some of the bumps. Nothing too crazy, just a little something to make everyone’s day a tiny bit less of a headache. But James? He wasn’t having it. Or maybe, he just wasn’t getting it. The result was the same: a big, fat “let’s put a pin in that,” which, as we all know, is just a slow way of saying “no.”
