Game Time! What Channels Are The Games On Today?

Alright, so I’ve been trying to figure out this whole “what channels are the games on” situation, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a journey. I’m a huge football fan, and missing a game is just not an option. So, I really needed a clear schedule of which network is showing which game.

Game Time! What Channels Are The Games On Today?

I started by scouring the internet, just browsing through a bunch of different websites. You know how it is, one site says one thing, another site says something else. It was all a bit confusing at first. I just wanted a simple breakdown, like, “Okay, this game is on FOX, this one’s on CBS.” You know?

So, I kept at it. I figured, who better to go to than the source, right? That’s when I started digging into the NFL‘s own announcements and the network websites. I found that some games are on Amazon Prime. For example, the Los Angeles Rams vs San Francisco 49ers game is gonna be on Amazon Prime, 8:15 PM ET on Thursday, Dec 12.

NBC and Peacock have a lot of news of NFL, and they also show some games. I noticed that on Thanksgiving, the games are gonna be split among FOX, CBS, and NBC. So, that’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning a big Thanksgiving football day.

Then I realized some channels are showing different games at different times. Like, the Browns vs Ravens game is at 2:30 PM MST, 4:30 PM ET. And then the Bengals vs Steelers game kicks off at 6 PM MST. It’s important to check the times, especially if you’re in a different time zone.

What I Learned

Here’s the gist of what I figured out:

Game Time! What Channels Are The Games On Today?
  • Different networks show different games. It’s not just one channel for everything.
  • Game times can vary, so always double-check the schedule for your time zone.
  • Holidays might have a special schedule, like Thanksgiving having games on multiple networks.
  • Some games are on streaming platforms like Amazon Prime, it’s not all just on traditional TV.

It took a bit of digging, but now I feel like I’ve got a pretty good handle on where to find the games. Hopefully, this helps some of you out there too. No more scrambling at the last minute trying to figure out where to watch the game!
