F1 23 Braking Point 2: Simple Walkthrough and Expert Tips

Okay, so I finally tackled Braking Point 2 in F1 23. Honestly, it was a bit of a ride, and I figured I’d share how it went down.

F1 23 Braking Point 2: Simple Walkthrough and Expert Tips

First off, I booted up the game and jumped straight into the story mode. I wasn’t really planning on doing a super detailed walkthrough, but I wanted to at least see what the deal was with Aiden and Devon this time around.

The initial races were pretty straightforward. I mean, I’ve been playing F1 games for ages, so the driving itself wasn’t the hard part. The challenge was more about following the storyline and making the right decisions during the cutscenes. Some of those choices actually affect your team’s morale and performance later on, which I thought was a neat touch.

Early Challenges:

  • Dealing with the team dynamics – Aiden and Devon are still at it, and it’s up to you to try and keep them on the same page.
  • Hitting the performance targets set by the team. These weren’t always easy, especially when the car wasn’t fully upgraded.

Around midway through, things got a little tougher. The AI got more aggressive, and I really had to start focusing on my race strategy. Tire management became crucial, and I spent a lot of time tweaking my setup between races.

Key Moments:

  • There’s this one race in Monza where you’re down on power, and you basically have to nail every braking point to even have a chance. That took me a few tries.
  • Another race where you have to defend like crazy in the last few laps. My heart was pounding!

I also spent a decent amount of time upgrading my car. The R&D system is pretty deep, so I tried to focus on areas where I was struggling the most. I pumped a lot of resources into improving my car’s aerodynamics and engine power.

Tips that helped me:

  • Practice the tracks in Time Trial mode before racing them in the story.
  • Pay attention to the weather forecast and adjust your tire strategy accordingly.
  • Don’t be afraid to use flashbacks if you mess up a corner.

The ending was pretty satisfying, though I won’t spoil it here. Let’s just say it had a few twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. All in all, Braking Point 2 was a solid story mode. It kept me engaged, and the racing was challenging enough to keep me on my toes.

So yeah, that’s my experience with Braking Point 2. If you’re an F1 fan, I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot.
