Okay, so today I messed around with this “Don Ingram” thing. I’d heard some buzz, figured I’d give it a whirl and see what it was all about. Frankly, I wasn’t even totally sure what it was going in, but hey, that’s half the fun, right?

First, I started by just trying to find it. That was step one. I just Googled it, plain and simple. I find this is the easiest place to find anything.
Then, I browsed through a few of the top results, just trying to get a feel for the landscape. You know, digital window shopping. Were there any major players? Any red flags? Anything jump out at me?
- I see his artwork is all over the place!
- Some of the pieces are really cool, others, not so much.
- There’s a definite style, I see what all the fuss is about.
After, I dug around a bit. I wanted to see what I can make my self.
I started by getting an image and doing a quick sketch. I then refined it. I then added color and then the backround.
Finally I thought, would I buy this? And the answer was no.
I realized that although I appreciate his work, my own attempt was nothing special, at least for me! All in all, it was an interesting.
