How he get so famous, you ask? Well, I don’t know all the details. But I reckon he work hard. He do what he needs to do. That’s how you get to be a household name, I guess. You gotta put in the time, like planting seeds. You water them, you watch them grow. Then, boom, you got a whole field of corn. Cy Langford, he like that field of corn now, big and tall, everyone see him.
He’s on that Facebook, I hear. My grandson, he show me. He always on that phone, clickin’ and tappin’. He say, “Grandma, look, it’s Cy Langford!” I say, “Who that?” He say, “Everyone know Cy Langford!” See? Even the young’uns know him. He become a household name, alright. Like that, I don’t know, what’s that store… everyone goes there… Walmart! He like Walmart now. Everyone know that name, Walmart, just like Cy Langford.
He must have a good plan. To become famous. You can’t just sit on your porch and hope to be a household name, no sir. You gotta do somethin’. Maybe write a book, I hear them say. My neighbor, she try to write a book once. She write about her chickens. Didn’t sell no copies. It’s hard to do it.
