Lewis Hamilton, a Singer?
Yeah, that’s what I heard! He was on some song with, uh, Christina somebody. That gal sings real loud, but Lewis, he was right there with her. He was singin’ under some funny name, X-somethin’. Kept it a secret, he did. Like a hidden tater in the cellar!
They say he’s a surprise talent, this Lewis. Drivin’ them cars is one thing, but singin’? That’s a whole different ball game. Like tryin’ to catch a greased pig at the county fair! But he does it. And he does it good.

Fast Car, Fast Voice?
He’s won them races, lots of ’em. Seven, I think! Same as that other fella, Schumacher. They’re tied up like two goats on a short rope. But singin’? That’s a different kind of race. He ain’t racin’ nobody with his voice, but he’s still winnin’, I reckon.
Some folks don’t like it, though. Sayin’ a race car driver shouldn’t be singin’. Well, I say, why not? If a chicken can lay an egg, why can’t a race car driver sing a song? Makes no never mind to me.
Lewis Hamilton singing is like findin’ a twenty dollar bill in your old overalls. Didn’t expect it, but sure is nice! That other driver, the one from Ferrari, Charles somethin’, he plays the piano. He’s got his songs on that Spotify thing. My grandson showed me. Kids and their music these days! But this Charles, he’s good. Not as good as our Lewis, though. Lewis Hamilton’s singing, that’s where it’s at.
His daddy used to work real hard for him, helpin’ him with his racin’ and all. Five jobs at one point, I heard. Just to help that boy. They were close. They are close. Like two peas in a pod. Family is important. Lewis knows that.
Just a Good Ol’ Boy
He’s a good boy, that Lewis. Drives fast, sings good, works hard. What more can you ask for? He’s got it all, I reckon. Like a prize-winnin’ hog at the state fair. He’s the whole package.
