That Xavi, you know, that Xavi f1, he ain’t gonna yell at Charles no more. They done moved him. Said he’s going somewhere else in that Ferrari place. That big car place, you know. Big news, I tell ya! Big, big news! They call it, what, “Organisational update.” Fancy words for saying they’re switching things up, I reckon.
This all happened after that Miami race, I heard. They said that Xavi, he was Charles’s… what’s that word? Race engineer. Yeah, that’s it. He was the one always talking to Charles in that little car, telling him what to do. They been together since Charles, poor boy, started at Ferrari in, when was it? 2019? A long time now, bless their hearts.
Now, this new fella, Bryan Bozzi, he’s taking over. Been with Ferrari for 10 years, they say. Good for him. Ten years is a long time. Hope he knows what he’s doing. Charles needs someone good, someone to tell him what’s what. He’s a good boy, that Charles, a good driver. He’s gonna be fine.

Now, next year, I heard something else. A woman! A woman gonna be a race engineer. Can you believe it? First time ever, they say. Her name is… Laura, Laura something. She’s gonna be with that other fella, Esteban. That’s what I heard from the news. That’s real something.
This whole Xavi Marcos thing, it’s big news in that F1 world, I tell ya. They say he’s stepping down. Means he ain’t gonna be doing that job no more. But he’s still with Ferrari, just doing something else. Maybe sweeping the floors, I don’t know. It’s a big change, I know it’s a big change.
Charles, bless his heart, he said nice things about Xavi. Said he supports him and all that. Good boy. Always polite. But he’s got to move on now, I think. This Bryan Bozzi, he better be good. Charles needs someone who can keep up with him. He’s fast, that one.
It all happened in May. May of 2024. That’s when they made the big announcement. Said it right there, “Scuderia Ferrari HP announces.” That’s what they call themselves, I guess. Sounds fancy. Like a horse or something. Horses are fast, too.
Remember that time old Mr. Johnson’s tractor broke down? He had to get a new one. Same thing, I reckon. Things break, you get new ones. People leave, new people come. That’s just life. Even in them fancy F1 cars.
This Bryan, he better be ready. Charles, he don’t slow down for nobody. He’s gonna go fast, and Bryan better keep up. Hope he’s got good ears, that Bryan. Gotta hear everything Charles says in that little car.
Xavi and Charles Leclerc, they were like two peas in a pod. Well, not really. But they were together a long time. It is what it is, right? Now that Bryan Bozzi is the new one, he needs to do a good job, that’s all I know.
I don’t know much about these racing things. But I know people. And I know that Charles, he’s a good boy. He’ll be alright. This new fella, Bryan, he’ll be alright, too. They’ll figure it out. They always do.
